Memberships are renewed automatically on the first day of the month. Similar to our punchcards, daycare credits will be automatically placed in the owner’s account and deducted at checkout each day your dog(s) attend daycare.

No, and you can cancel at any time. Members who decide to cancel will continue to have access to their membership for the remainder of that month.

We will continue to provide services to non-members for the remainder of the 2024.

Any leftover credits will be converted to the corresponding dollar amount and credited to the owner’s account when the membership takes affect.

Each dog participating in daycare would need their own membership. Memberships are priced to reflect a certain number of days of daycare and additional services.

In order to provide a better experience for your dog, limiting memberships allows us to plan and execute our daycare days, providing them with more interaction and closer attention to their needs.

Unlimited members have access to daycare 5 days a week without a reservation. We ask other members come on the days associated with their membership. This allows us to plan for the daycare day and provide your pup(s) with the best experience possible!

We would be happy to upgrade your membership based on availability. Membership changes would take place on the first day of the next month.

Let us know when you drop your dog off for daycare and we will do our best to fit them into the schedule. A members-only coupon or credit will be applied at check-out.
